According to a Thai court ruling, the use of the short URL bit.ly is prohibited. In addition, the court has issued an official list of other banned URLs. 

• The use of bit.ly and any other banned URLs is strictly prohibited.
• Messages containing these prohibited URLs will be blocked and will not be delivered.

We kindly request that you review all ongoing campaigns, message templates, and system configurations to ensure full compliance with this regulation.

Custom Sender IDs are supported, but pre-registration is required. We can assist you with the registration. If unregistered, a randomly generated Sender ID will be used.
